Overtaking vessel
Subregulation 1
A power-driven vessel or sailing vessel that is overtaking another vessel shall keep out of the way of the other vessel.
Subregulation 2
A power-driven vessel or sailing vessel coming up with another vessel from a direction of more than 22.5° abaft that other vessel’s beam is taken to be an overtaking vessel.
