Regulation 24B
Vessel used during event or organised activity
A person to whom an approval under regulation 24(1) is granted to conduct an event or organised activity must ensure that the following requirements are complied with in respect of every vessel used during the event or organised activity:
where the event or organised activity takes place during hours of darkness, all vessels used during those hours of darkness are visibly lit during those hours of darkness;
any towing of a vessel is carried out at the time, and using the route, determined by an authorised officer;
the vessel only enters or leaves the reservoir or waterway at the launching site designated in the approval.
