Regulation 20
Overloading
The operator of a watercraft or a non-power-driven vessel shall not cause or permit the watercraft or non-power-driven vessel to carry a greater number of persons than the number allowed by and shown on the vessel permit granted for the use of the watercraft or non-power-driven vessel.
