Regulation 13

This Part shall apply to all police officers other than those whose leave and passage eligibility is governed by the terms of individual contracts or agreements.

Except in so far as otherwise provided in these Regulations, the provisions of the Government Instruction Manuals shall apply to police officers with such modifications as the circumstances require.
