Regulation 24

The Order of Dress and the occasions when Dress is to be worn, the specifications of the articles of uniform and accoutrements to be worn and of their standard materials, the scales of issue of uniform and accoutrements and the manner in which certain articles of uniform and accoutrements are to be worn shall be laid down by the Commissioner in such manner as he deems fit.
