Police officers below rank of inspector — forfeiture of pay
Subregulation 1
The Commissioner or a commanding officer may direct that any deduction made in payment of a forfeiture of pay imposed on a police officer below the rank of inspector by way of punishment be made by instalments and may allow time for payment of such deduction and may grant an extension to the time so allowed.
Subregulation 2
In addition to any punishment imposed on a police officer below the rank of inspector for absence without leave or good cause or without subsequent sanction, forfeiture of all pay and allowances for the period of the absence shall be ordered.
