16. Casual leave
Feedback & supportA police officer may be granted casual leave at the rate of 14 days for each calendar year of service.
Casual leave —
may be taken by an officer consecutively with any other description of leave; and
shall not be granted to an officer who has served less than 6 months.
Eligibility for casual leave arises immediately upon the commencement of each calendar year and shall count as service for the purpose of computing subsequent eligibility for vacation leave.
Subregulation 1
