Retrial

A commanding officer may order a rehearing of any disciplinary proceedings against a police officer below the rank of inspector if —

(a)

the commanding officer is of the opinion that an inadequate sentence or excessive sentence has been imposed; or

(b)

the proceedings have not been conducted in a proper manner.
