Regulation 10
Changes in tenure of scholarship awarded
Despite regulation 9(1) and (2), if a pupil —
who is enrolled in an independent school for the pupil’s secondary and pre-university education transfers to a programme for secondary education only in the same independent school or another independent school —
the tenure of the Edusave Scholarship for Independent Schools is 4 years if the pupil was awarded the scholarship at the secondary one level; and
the tenure of the Edusave Scholarship for Independent Schools is 2 years if the pupil was awarded the scholarship at the secondary three level; and
who is enrolled in an independent school for the pupil’s secondary education only transfers to a programme for secondary and pre-university education in the same independent school or another independent school —
the tenure of the Edusave Scholarship for Independent Schools is 6 years if the pupil was awarded the scholarship at the secondary one level; and
the tenure of the Edusave Scholarship for Independent Schools is 4 years if the pupil was awarded the scholarship at the secondary three level.
