Regulation 38A

Pupils eligible for Achievement Awards for Special Education Schools

The Achievement Award for Special Education School shall be given each year to every pupil aged 6 years or above who —

(a)

is enrolled in a special education school;

(b)

is a citizen of Singapore; and

(c)

has met all other criteria set by the special education school.
