Status of Edusave (Independent Schools) Scholar

Subject to the maximum duration of the award specified in regulation 9(1), (2), (3) or (5) or regulation 10 (as the case may be), an Edusave (Independent Schools) Scholar continues to hold the award despite the pupil —
(a)
being transferred from one independent school to another during the pupil’s secondary or pre-university education, as the case may be; or
(b)
taking a leave of absence from the pupil’s secondary or pre‑university education under a leave of absence scheme offered by the independent school or being on medical leave.
