Value of Edusave Scholarships for Independent Schools

Subregulation 1
The annual value of the Edusave Scholarship for Independent Schools is as specified in item 1 of the Schedule.

The total value of the Edusave Scholarship for Independent Schools paid in respect of any Edusave (Independent Schools) Scholar must not exceed the annual sum specified in item 1 of the Schedule for the tenure of the Scholarship under regulation 9(1), (2), (3) or (4), whichever is applicable to that Scholar, and is not increased by any extension of the tenure of the Scholarship under regulation 9(5).
