Award of Edusave Merit Bursaries

Subregulation 1

The Edusave Merit Bursary is to be awarded each academic year to —
(a)
every pupil (other than an applicable pupil) who satisfies regulation 30(1); or
(b)
subject to paragraph (3), every applicable pupil who satisfies regulation 30A.
Subregulation 2

Subregulation 3
The Edusave Merit Bursary may be awarded to not more than 25% of the applicable pupils enrolled in a Government primary school or Government‑aided primary school in each applicable level in an academic year.
Subregulation 4
In paragraph (3), “applicable level” means primary one or primary two, as the case may be.
