Regulation 36
Value and payment of Edusave Good Progress Awards
Subregulation 1
The value of the Edusave Good Progress Award shall be as specified in item 9 of the Schedule.
Subregulation 2
The Edusave Good Progress Award is to be paid to every pupil who is given the Award as soon as practicable after the completion of the selection process for the academic year in respect of which he is given the Award and, in any event, is to be paid —
no later than in the month of June in the following academic year, in the case of a pupil mentioned in regulation 35(1)(a)(i) or a relevant pupil in regulation 35(1)(a)(ia); or
no later than in the month of December in the following academic year, in the case of a pupil mentioned in regulation 35(1)(a)(ii).
