Registration of foodhandlers

Subregulation 1

Every licensee shall register with the Director-General, his assistant or employee who is engaged in the sale or preparation for sale of any food.
Subregulation 2

The Director-General may register a person under paragraph (1) subject to such terms and conditions as the Director-General may think fit.
