Application for licence

An application for a licence shall be —
(a)
made in writing in such form as the Director-General may require; and
(b)
in the case of a food establishment or private market or a stall in a food establishment or private market, accompanied by a scaled plan showing the complete layout and boundaries of the food establishment, private market or stall.
