Display of licence
Subregulation 1
A licensee holding a licence referred to in section 32, 33, 34 or 36 of the Act shall cause his licence to be exhibited at all times —
in any conspicuous and accessible position within the licensed premises; or
if so directed by the Director-General, in such places within the licensed premises as the Director-General considers fit.
Subregulation 2
A licensee who is permitted to carry out food catering shall insert his licence number in all advertisements relating to his food catering business.
Subregulation 3
For the purposes of this regulation, “advertisement” includes any notice, invoice, circular, pamphlet or other document and any announcement made —
by means of producing or transmitting sound or light and whether for aural or visual reception or both; or
in any other manner whatsoever.
