Regulation 10A
Appointment of food hygiene officer in licensed premises
Subregulation 1
A licensee of a food establishment, if so directed by the Director-General, shall employ a food hygiene officer for the food establishment.
Subregulation 2
A licensee of a food establishment shall not employ a food hygiene officer who is already employed as a food hygiene officer for another food establishment.
Subregulation 3
A food hygiene officer shall attend such course (including a refresher course) as the Director-General may require.
Subregulation 4
A licensee of a food establishment shall not employ and shall cease to employ a food hygiene officer who does not successfully complete such course as the Director-General may require under paragraph (3) within such time as the Director-General may specify or such extended period of time as the Director-General may allow.
