Regulation 39
Savings
Any person awarded any scholarship or bursary, or given any award, under any of the following revoked Regulations:
the Education Endowment Scheme (Edusave Scholarships) Regulations (Rg 2, 2001 Ed.);
the Education Endowment Scheme (Edusave Merit Bursaries) Regulations (Rg 5, 2001 Ed.);
the Education Endowment Scheme (Good Progress Awards) Regulations (Rg 7, 2001 Ed.);
the Education Endowment Scheme (Awards for Achievement, Good Leadership and Service) Regulations (Rg 8, 2003 Ed.);
the Education Endowment Scheme (Application of Income of Endowment Fund) Regulations 2007 (G.N. No. S 291/2007),shall be deemed to have been awarded the like scholarship or bursary, or given the like award, under these Regulations.
