Value and payment of Edusave Skills Awards

Subregulation 1
The value of the Edusave Skills Award is specified in item 12 of the Schedule.

The Edusave Skills Award is to be paid to every pupil who is given the Award as soon as practicable after the completion of the selection process for the academic year in respect of which he is given the Award and, in any event, is to be paid —
(a)
no later than 30 June in the following academic year, in the case of a pupil of a specified educational institution; or
(b)
no later than 31 December in the following academic year, in the case of a pupil of a polytechnic or the Institute of Technical Education.
