20. Amendment of section 36A

In the AMA, in section 36A —

in the section heading, replace “section 35 offence” with “offence under section 34C or 35”;

replace “section 35” with “section 34C or 35”; and

after “non‑compliant mobility vehicle”, insert “or an unsafe device”.
