25. Saving and transitional provision for amendment to Active Mobility Act 2017

Despite section 22, section 53 of the AMA as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 22 continues to apply in respect of any bicycle that was moved to a holding yard under section 45(1)(b) of the AMA before that date.
