Non-application of certain provisions of this Part

Subregulation 1
Regulations 3, 4, 5, 6(a), (b), (h), (i), (j), (n), (o) and (p), 7(a) to (h), (j), (l), (m) and (n) and 11 do not apply to any person in the Central Water Catchment Area or a Catchment Area Park if the person is in any area described in Part 1 of the Fourth Schedule.
