2A. Prescribed grade for delegation of powers

(1)
For the purpose of section 17(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed grade is MX10 for a Management Executive Officer and the equivalent grade for any other public officer.
(2)
For the purpose of section 17(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed grade is MX12 for a Management Executive Officer and the equivalent grade for any other public officer.
Subregulation 1
For the purpose of section 17(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed grade is MX10 for a Management Executive Officer and the equivalent grade for any other public officer.
Subregulation 2
For the purpose of section 17(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed grade is MX12 for a Management Executive Officer and the equivalent grade for any other public officer.
