Complaints against police officers

Subregulation 1

A complaint against a police officer must —
(a)
be made in writing; and
(b)
unless the complaint is made electronically, be read over to the person making the complaint and signed by that person.
Subregulation 2
Upon receipt of such complaint, the complaint shall be investigated immediately.
