Regulation 8
Discretion to authorise prohibited activity

The Chairperson or the Chief Executive may, in his discretion, authorise in writing any member or employee of the Board or any person to perform or carry out any act prohibited by regulation 6, 6A, 7, 7A or 7B if he considers that —
(a)
it would be in the interest of, or for the benefit of, the Central Water Catchment Area or a Catchment Area Park; or
(b)
there exists any other good cause,for such act to be performed or carried out by the member, employee or person.
