Regulation 4
Vehicle in Catchment Area Park
Subregulation 1
No person shall drive a lorry exceeding a gross weight of 3 tonnes in a Catchment Area Park except with the permission of an authorised officer.
Subregulation 2
No person shall drive or ride a vehicle in or out of a Catchment Area Park except through an authorised entrance or exit.
Subregulation 3
No person shall drive or ride a vehicle within a Catchment Area Park except on such roads as are indicated by traffic or other signs to be open for use by vehicles.
Subregulation 4
Notwithstanding paragraph (3), invalid chairs and perambulators may be used on any road or footpath in any part of a Catchment Area Park.
Subregulation 5
No person shall drive or ride a vehicle with speed exceeding 25 kilometres per hour within a Catchment Area Park unless otherwise indicated by a speed limit sign.
