Regulation 7

Activities in Central Water Catchment Area and Catchment Area Park requiring prior approval

No person in the Central Water Catchment Area or in a Catchment Area Park shall, without the prior approval in writing of an authorised officer —

(a)

enter into any reservoir or stream;

(aa)enter any part of the Central Water Catchment Area or Catchment Area Park which is clearly marked out as an area to which entry is prohibited by signs erected by or under the authority of the Board;

(b)

collect any bird’s egg or nest;

(c)

remove or cut any plant, shrub or tree or any part of the same;

(d)

burn any matter or thing;

(e)

erect or assemble any tent or structure, or set up a caravan for the purpose of camping;

(f)

expose for sale or sell any merchandise, food or drink;

(g)

use any part of the Central Water Catchment Area or Catchment Area Park as a location for the shooting of a film or the setting of a play;

(ga)without affecting paragraph (a), fish in any reservoir or stream which is not clearly marked out as a designated area for fishing activities by signs erected by or under the authority of the Board;

(h)

use for fishing any bait that is not an artificial lure;

(i)

draw water from any reservoir or stream; (j)feed any aquatic animal with any kind of food; (k)release any animal;

(l)

have with him any animal other than —

(i)

a dog that is on a leash and under proper control; or

(ii)

any other animal that is under proper control;

(m)

allow any animal that is on a leash or under proper control to enter into any reservoir or stream; or

(n)

consume any beverage containing alcohol at a time other than during an applicable no-public drinking period prescribed under the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015.
