Regulation 5

No person shall bring any vehicle into or cause any vehicle to be brought into the Central Water Catchment Area unless prior consent in writing of the Board or an authorised officer is obtained.

Any person driving or riding a vehicle that has been allowed entry into the Central Water Catchment Area shall drive or ride the vehicle only on such roads as are indicated by traffic or other signs to be open for use by vehicles.

Paragraph (1) shall not apply to areas which are Catchment Area Parks, public roads and lands permitted by the Board to be used by any person for any specified approved purposes including golf courses.

A person must not park a vehicle in any part of the Central Water Catchment Area which is clearly marked out as an area where parking is prohibited by signs erected by or under the authority of the Board.
