In the Health Information Act 2026 —
(a)
in section 91(1)(a)(iii), replace “or any” with “, an investigation officer or an”;
(b)
in section 92(1)(a)(iii), after “the Minister”, insert “, an investigation officer”; and
(c)
in section 92(2)(c), replace “authorised officer” with “investigation officer”.
