Clause 48
In the Health Products Act 2007, after section 66, insert —“Protection from personal liability66A. No liability shall lie personally against —
(a)
the Chief Executive;
(b)
any officer of the Authority; or
(c)
any enforcement officer appointed under section 7(1)(b) acting under the direction of the Chief Executive,who, acting in good faith and with reasonable care, does or omits to do anything in the execution or purported execution of this Act.”.
