in section 2(1), replace the definition of “investigator” with —“ “investigator” means an individual appointed under section 20(1) or (2) to investigate any offence under this Act;”;

in section 20(1), after “public officer”, insert “or officer of a public authority”;

in section 20(3)(a), after “public officer”, insert “or an officer of a public authority”;

in section 24(1), after “public officer”, insert “or an officer of a public authority”; and

in section 33, after “recovery body,”, insert “an investigator,”.
