Clause 56
In the Poisons Act 1938, after section 19C, insert —“Protection from personal liability19D. No liability shall lie personally against —
(a)
the Chief Executive of the Authority;
(b)
any licensing officer;
(c)
any public officer authorised by a licensing officer under section 14(1); or
(d)
an authorised employee under section 19A(1),who, acting in good faith and with reasonable care, does or omits to do anything in the execution or purported execution of this Act.”.
